Yet, people usually have a hard time coming up the specific reasons about why should it be done. As a rule, the promoters of education simply suggest that it would be easier for the individual to fully realise its potential in life, while having been introduced to the the most fundamental concepts of knowledge. This, of course is true, nevertheless, the social aspects of the importance of promotion of education are usually overlooked. The history shows us that the decline of every major civilization begins when percentage of people, capable of understanding the abstract concepts, becoming less than the half, in every particular society. The America is not the exception, in this respect. And just like before, the lowering of educational level among young Americans, can be explained by the fact of our society becoming increasingly multicultural.
