Researchers show that 50 percent of all people effected by sleeping disorders show signs of aging earlier the people who get enough sleep. They show signs of aging 10 times faster then people get enough sleep and get their daily exercise. If you dont get your exercise that can also effect your sleep. YOu can die from this disease, and there are som many of them and you probably would know if you had one until something has already happened to you.
