The system was developed in PHP as main programming language and MySQL for the database. The first Chapter of this manuscript discusses the Background of the Study, Statement of the Problem, Scope and Limitation of the system, the significance of the study, and the Definition of terms. The main outputs of this Chapter are: (1) The researchers able to harvests the question needed in the Statement of the Problem of this study. (2) The researchers had yielded the reach and the restriction of the system which is very important for both user and administrator.
The researchers get the different connotation from different type of stakeholders. (4) The researchers had realized the importance of a tracking system in once school. Based on the findings, the researchers therefore conclude that this Chapter can: (1) Help the stakeholders (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Commission on Higher Education, Computer Communication Development Institute) in analyzing the status of employability of CCDI Sorsogon graduates because the system will be providing an online graph attached to the system that shows the statistics of their graduates and alumni that are employed.
The Chapter two discusses the Review of related Studies and Literature, similarities and differences of the related studies. The main outputs of this Chapter are: (1) The researchers had a chance to learn ideas and knowledge from different studies and literatures. (2) The researchers able to conceptualize theoretical structure of the system. Based on the findings, the researchers therefore conclude that this Chapter: (1) Help the researchers in conceptualizing features and functions of the system.
The Research paper on Sylvan Learning Systems Case Study
Sylvan Learning Systems Case Study The Sylvan case study illustrates the challenges of building value and improving business performance through an acquisition and diversification strategy that did not coincide with the capabilities and competencies that originally built the Sylvan brand. Sylvan was founded by W. Berry Fowler in 1979 and during his six year tenure, Berry developed the franchise ...
Chapter three utters about the Research Methodology that tackles (1) research design, includes informal interview and direct observation (2) respondent of the study (3) research instrument used, it comprises of a questionnaire, interview, and observation (4) programming language and software used (5) System Development Methodology, consist of System planning, System analysis, System design, System implementation, System operation and support (6) Client test implementation plan.
The main outputs of this Chapter are: (1) The researchers apprehended the extreme significance of the client for the reasons that they have the right, access and awareness to present the feedback, suggestion and commentary to the researchers. (2) The researchers appreciated the importance of a programming language and software in creating this king of system. Based on the findings, the researchers therefore conclude that this Chapter: (1) Help the alumni in doing the real-time communication by using the built-in chatting program at the Alumni tracking system.
On the Chapter Four the researchers further discussed the CCDI Sorsogon Alumni Tracking System manual and proposed Entity Relationship Diagram, Context Flow Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Hierarchy of Input-Process-Output and its descriptions and analysis, this also includes the system layout, data dictionary in which the database different tables are being showed with its attribute, purpose and examples. The discussion of the system requirements during the implementation of this project is included such as hardware and software specifications. On this chapter the system security and back-up are also discussed.
This also shows the System Functions and Features and the project cost in making this system. The main outputs of this Chapter are: (1) The researchers were able to identify the right diagrams needed in this manuscript. (2) The researchers categorized the Software and Hardware Specification of the system. (3) The researchers able to collect the function and feature of the system. Based on the findings, the researchers therefore conclude that this Chapter: (1) Track the personal and employment status of the CCDI Sorsogon Alumni when they answer and follow the following questions, rules and instructions of the system.

The chapter five further discusses the findings, conclusion and recommendations of the proposed project entitled CCDI Sorsogon Alumni Tracking System. The main outputs of this Chapter are: (1) The researchers able perform the last and final testing of the system. (2) As the reflection of the survey the researchers initiate that the CCDI Sorsogon Tracking System is effectual in tracking the personal and employment status of its graduates. Based on the findings, the researchers therefore conclude that this Chapter: (1) Help the alumni in doing the real-time communication by using the built-in chatting program at the Alumni tracking system.
