En las vacaciones me gusta ir a los países cálidos. Me gusta ir allí porque me encanta la playa y no hay playas bonitas en Inglaterra. Además para mí es muy importante tener el clima cálido porque en Inglaterra siempre hace frío y llueve. Me gustaría quedarme en hoteles de 5 estrellas, sin embargo no es muy fácil pagar los precios altos y por esta razón normalmente nos quedamos en un apartamento. Claro que, si tuviera más dinero, siempre me quedaría en un hotel lujoso con una piscina grande y vistas al mar.
During the holidays I like to go to hot countries. I like going there because I love the beach and there aren’t beautiful beaches in England. Besides its important for me to have a hot climate because in England it is always cold and raining. I would like to stay in five star hotels, however it’s not very easy to pay the high prices and for this reason we normally stay in an apartment. Of course, if I had more money, I would always stay in a luxury hotel with a big swimming pool and sea views.

El verano pasado fui a Singapur, Malasia y Cambodia por unas semanas. Fui a Singapur con mis padres y mi hermana y nos encontramos con mis primos allí. Luego con mis primos viajamos alrededor de Singapur y después fuimos a Malasia y Cambodia. Nos quedamos en muchos hoteles diferentes y todos eran muy fantásticos. Singapur estaba muy limpio y Malaysia era muy agradable, sobre todo porque la gente era muy simpática.

This summer I went to Singapore Malaysia and Cambodia for a few weeks. I went to Singapore with my parents and my sister and we met up with my cousins over there.
With my cousins we then travelled around Singapore then we went to Malaysia and Cambodia. We stayed in many different hotels and they were all very nice. Singapore was very clean and Malaysia was very friendly, especially because the people were so kind.

El primer lugar que me fui de vacaciones fue Singapur. Fuimos allí en avión y el viaje duró catorce horas. Odio los aviones y por eso no me gustó el viaje. El olor de la comida me ponía enferma. Había películas que podíamos ver en el vuelo, así que vi película tras película. Los vuelos a Malasia no eran tan malos porque desde Singapur los viajes solo duraron dos horas. También estuve con mis primos, así que estaba distraída de la comida horrible y el olor horrible.
The first place I went on holiday was Singapore. We went there by aeroplane, it took 14 hours to get there. I hate flights so i did not enjoy it. The smell of the food makes me sick. There were movies we could watch on the flight so i just watched movie after movie.
the flights to Malaysia were not as bad because from singapore they were only 2 hours away each. I was also with my cousins so i was distracted from the horrible food and horrible smell.

Llegamos a Singapur por la mañana, así que estábamos muy cansados. Nos fuimos a dormir un par de horas y luego salimos por la noche. Fuimos al centro y vimos la vida nocturna. El segundo día fuimos a la playa y nos montamos en tándems. Al día siguiente nos fuimos a los Universal Studios. El cuarto día hicimos nuestras compras y compré regalos para mis amigos. Finalmente, el quinto día viajamos a Malasia así que no podíamos hacer nada porque teníamos un vuelo temprano por la mañana.
We arrived in singapore in the morning. So we were very tired, we went to sleep for a couple of hours and then we went out that evening; we went to the central and we saw the night life. On the second day we went to the beach and we rode tandems. The next day we went to the universal studios. On the fourth day we did our shopping and i bought gifts for my friends. On the fifth day wer were travelling to malaysia so we could not do anything because we had an early morning flight.

No sé si volvería a Singapur ya que había cosas que me gustaban y cosas que no me gustaban. Por ejemplo, odiaría volver a las playas porque las olas en el mar eran muy grandes y no podía bañarme y la gente era fatal. Preferiría viajar por el resto del mundo. En mi opinión, disfruto de las vacaciones porque se puede conocer nuevas culturas profundamente.
