Conclusion In conclusion to my assignment I have found that State support prior to the 1990’s was poor. However since the 1990’s capital investment and the introduction of legislation such as the Pre School Regulations and the Child Protection guidance has improved the quality of childcare services which in turn will improve the quality of children lives.
