SEN code of practice 2001 – Helps children and parents with SEN (Special educational needs) within mainstream schooling and tutoring. UN Convention of the rights of the Child 1989 – Links into the humans rights act and sets the rights of children to be treated equally Every Child Matters 2003 & Cilhdren act 2004/2010 – Organisations and agencies involved with children between birth and 19 years should ensure children to be Safe, Healthy, Enjoy and Achieve, Economic well-being and Positive contribution.
