I have designed, as I have already mentioned a system that uses a spreadsheet to record rentals, costs and profit and also calculate the revenue, maintenance costs, profit, profit in percentage and totals of the mentioned values. To be able to explain this more clearly this letter will start from the beginning of how the system has been made. Firstly we have been presented with the cost of rentals and also with the costs and profit of each category of equipment as it can be seen:
