Every public and private companies/organizations are subjected to rapid and frequent technological changes and developments, because the world is swiftly changing as well. Simply saying, it is practically impossible for the company to avoid technological challenges caused by changes, because they are phenomena which are universally accepted. And it is a matter of fact that modern managers face lots of challenges they have to overcome. Some challenges are not so serious such as real-time communication of market messages and monitoring market trends, customers satisfaction and competitors.
Due to Internet and other communication manager is able to receive all the information he needs and he is able to communicate with clients or suppliers on-line.(Agno 2005) The next more serious challenge is to receive business information that is not allowed for everybodys access. And again high technologies provide different integrated system which provides easy access to business information, receives alerts and updates. Such systems give the ability to interact with employees, partners and customers.
