The five organizational structures are functional, divisional, matrix, team based, and virtual network. The functional structure is a channel of communication and authority from HR and the team itself. This is the simplest approach in the chain of command because it allows employees to feel comfortable and helps to simplify training. This has some down sides because of all the different levels of hierarchy make it slow for communication and decision making. This is the heart of a business it allows for all big decisions to come from here.
The divisional structure keeps track of the company’s product and activities that allow for organizational record keeping. The divisional structure allows for different departments formed for telling the difference among customer service, geographical categories, and production. This helps managers in large companies by record keeping the entire inventory. This allows for corporate to talk to managers.
Team structure organizes different functions in a group categorized on one overall objective; The Members of different departments work together to find solutions to a problem and explore new opportunities in order to break down functional barriers. This structure helps by letting managers evaluate how well team members perform when given assigned tasks and seeing how well they get along with in a team. This is the branch that allows for team members and managers to coincide with each other on levels of difficulty

Virtual networking is the process of individuals working out of dispersed work places to accomplish goals. This allows for outsourcing of employees so that a company can thrive with the use of computer technology. This structure has little contrast other than organization to implanting ideas for the company to run independently.
I would use the divisional structure because it utilizes a lot of organization with product. I’ve worked for companies that really didn’t have any organization and it led to many problems with the team and upper management because of how records were being kept. If there really aren’t records to go by how can you tell where the errors are coming from.

Google focuses more on innovation and imagination to influence its market production. Each company can follow a marketing approach to pitch new ideas to customers for better profitability. Every idea has to have a marketing team to control the way a company is going to go about new strategies for future goals.
