You will not be able to complete this activity at present, but you may wish to start work on it. Consider your own organisation or an organisation with which you are familiar. Your choice of organisation must be identical to the organisation you intend to use when completing Activity 3.2.
1. Conduct a PESTEL analysis which highlights the major factors that are likely to affect your organisation.
2. Compare the answers you have and highlight the main differences between the SWOT and PESTEL analyses.
