Obviously as I mentioned above qualified, talented, smart and confident employees with fluent English. Why know English is so important to find a job? It is because we already know that people deal with others in English language especially in the business world, scientific world and other. So what my point here is tell you that can’t get a pretty good job or a promotion without knowing English. After that, by knowing English we can understand culture of a country.

The next reason is internet. Almost all the information sharing on the internet is in English so you must know English to understand what it is all about and also to communicate other people through internet. Last but not least, the higher education lesson in overseas also use English. The lecturer also explains his lesson with English. So, when you want to study higher education, knowing English is very important. Therefor English is essential.
Base on the importance of knowing English that I have say, we know that if we don’t know English, we cannot find a high class job, cannot communicate with foreign country people, cannot study higher education and other. Consequently, by speaking and using English every day, we can improve our English and acquire mastery of English.
