The youth training in citizenship, helping others in need, teamwork, within interactive elements of a community, makes you discover your own unit that is the core of the social cell you belong to. This unit provides you help strength and friendship, while you are participating in a team. The collective dynamism is essential to reunite all communities, it leads toward accomplishing goals more easily, and it melts powers in a stronger involvement. All over the world, you may find the same training but the particularity of each country gives a different tone, for the acts and symbols. The Essay on Role of the youth in social transformation
Before we go out in the big world we start learning in our home. Our parents teach us values and good attitude. Our parents wants us to be a good and responsible citizen in the society while we are growing. They teach us how to be independent and to fight for our rights. Home is the first school where we learn different things. When we go out and start to see the real world where we meet different ...
All around the world they organize “Prayer moments”, they use multiple techniques to launch these moments according to their beliefs. Meeting God is their ultimate goal. God is among them everywhere; they are trained to meditate upon simple themes surrounding them in order to appreciate God’s creation. Many times a year, religious celebrations and conferences take place; therefore, they meet for spiritual contemplation. “Different religious communities in Lebanon” and “Reconciliation sacraments” are the subjects of two conferences prepared by the Lebanese Association of Girl Guides during the year 1995. These conferences made Miss Rania Ammar, Scout leader, look at religion from another point of view and reconciliate with our Savior the Christ. In order to be promoted, the Scout should pass by promise rituals and ceremonies. These rituals are usually dedicated to God; but the Scouting movement is democratic so, they teach you God’s preachers but do not oblige you to believe in them. That’s why an optional text of the promises exists.
Ex: in the Canadian Brownie promise you can replace the word God by faith, “To be true to myself, my God/faith* and Canada” Being a Scout means being brilliant in the handcrafts, this is due to special activities, acquired techniques and creativity motivation. First, to buy the essential material for their camps, Scouts prepare lucrative activities such as kermises and expositions, they are obliged to manufacture the needed material on their own. In order to accomplish the required elements, they are taught multiple techniques. Chiefs are initiated to teach these techniques: on February 3, 96 Miss May Eid, designer at Artisan du Liban, introduced the participants leaders to molding masks from everybody’s own face, it was a real discovery and a particular training. It was not an easy task. After experiencing these novelties, each chief invites his members to do the same in a motivating atmosphere. Around the world many similar sessions are held.
The Business plan on Activity Planning
Planning is quite an important habit to imbibe on one’s self. This habit ensures that everything needed for an execution of, for example, a project or an event will fall into right places without wasting the resources or with minimal waste of resources, time and effort. Furthermore, this avoids delaying of other pending activities and allows for an ample time should further revision is needed ...
During Jamboree (meeting from many countries around the world) they exchange these clever hand made items. In their camps, Scouts are initiated to all kind of knots, needed for the building of their habitat. Some people discover throughout those manual activities, improved skills, talents that they never expected. Furthermore, cleverness in creation opens hidden doors. The physical activity is a major concern in all human being relation: the food, the cleanliness and the posture. The approach of such topics is global in Scouting, it affects the motion, the shape and the look of each one of us. The physical behavior gives the people around, an idea about where they can situate them. Food has its place among all members of Scouts; they learn how to cook, to combine their meals according to the rules of nutrition.
Several cooking competitions are held. Many people have cooked their first meal in the Scouting environment, and some were obliged to eat something they didn’t like. One of the ten rules of Scouting is “A Scout is always clean.” Scouts take care of his environment. During the camps, all the members are requested to look out for their hygiene and the cleaning of all elements surrounding them. In all their meetings, Scouts have a place for games, this activity cheers all relations even though it is a little bit challenging, but they have all the training to take the best of it and forget about what is frustrating. Every year sports’ competitions take place: in Lebanon, boy Scouts organize the Goodwill games and the girls Scouts organize the maritime day, which are events where sports challenges take place.
We say that Scouting trains the personality, by living through all these elements, a child is discovering new frontiers, an uncommon way of sharing everything. All the subjects are discussed, there is no taboos. The frame of chiefs and teams are the ideal environment for submission to rules without being oppressed. The interrelation among peers gives new opportunities to a child, a thing he cannot have at home among his family, or in the class where often there is no place for sharing. They give him the convenient responsibility according to his capacities. Therefore, the child has acquired since his early age the real meaning of responsibility by submitting to the rules, but in a free way.
The Essay on Jem And Scout Atticus Prejudice People
Exploration the Theme of Prejudice in Harper Lee's To Kill A Mockingbird Harper Lee's To Kill A Mockingbird is set in Maycomb county, Alabama during the 1930 s. He’s being taught the right and wrong, and his actions will be applied accordingly. Expressing oneself without fear of punishment is also another component that strengthens one’s personality and listing all the other things would take sheets of paper but yet not said half of them. In conclusion, we notice easily that Scouting has an effect not only by the procedures that it adapts, but also by the way of living it. It gives every person a stimulation to his own life, and different aspects by which he can lead his life by correct and healthy manners. It offers the taste of happiness, the hope that everybody is aiming for, and the responsibility that only mature and wise people acquire through their life. Needless to say, the Scouts were quickly launched into an “ice breaker” that has linked the new generation in a united and perspective thinking: nowadays, one’s misery is the other’s also, and that’s exactly what will lead us to a better world and a better future
