For my 8 week training activity, I choose to practice soccer to improve various aspects of my physical health. I will try to improve my endurance most importantly. I feel that it is the my weakest physical aspect. I will practice soccer dribbles, because they obviously require technique, I will also practice to move with and without the ball at my control. It is not easy to do, but eventually, I will succeed. As I said earlier, I will improve my endurance.
I will jog everyday for 30 minutes (starting) and eventually, I will jog more and more for a longer period of time. I will also have to do some weight training because I will have to exercise my muscles in my legs because leg strength is critical for playing a full 90 match. I will also need to weight train to build muscles because my back support will have to be strong since I will be standing for long periods of time. I will have to eat nutritious foods also. I have to improve my weight too. I don’t weigh a lot so I have to gain some weight.
I would say about 20 pounds that I need to gain. I will have to eat as nutritiously as I can because I have to stay healthy, though I already am. One of my problems is time management. I don’t have a lot of time and I can barely find time for myself. I often hand in assignments late, because I get up early the next morning after the due date and do it. My days always start early and always finish late.
A big part of my schedule is work. I do about 30 per week on average. I don’t really have a choice since my sister’s wedding is about 2 weeks away so I’m trying to make as much money as I can. Most people say that when you don’t have time for yourself, u get stressed out quickly.

I don’t believe that because I never have time for nothing but I create the time, though it costs me sleeping time. The criteria I used to figure out what activity I will do was pretty basic. I thought about what I like, what I have and what types of fields do I have around my house. I love soccer, it runs in the family, I have a lot of soccer jerseys and equipment and there are mostly soccer parks around my house. So choosing wasn’t that difficult. Accessibility is easy because there are about 3 parks that have soccer fields around my house and I frequently go there.
I already play soccer but with this 8 week program, I am going to be able to improve many aspects. I do have several personal skills, such as shooting from certain situations. My dad use to coach in an amature league so I learned from him. I can find time to do these activities daily but they wont be long since I have work on most days.
