Mathew Hall Titan A.E was the best book i have ever read by two authors, the detail was very good and was one of the only books that I can get a very good picture in my head. Titan A.E was a combination of action adventure and fantasy sci-fi. Here are some of the main points that happened in this great book. As the Earth was covered by darkness and the sun was no longer in sight Cale Tucker and his father were racing in there red car towards what seemed like a slick silver space rocket. Cale was only five years old at the time and had no idea what was going on. Sitting next to Cale was his fathers good friend Tek. Tek was odd Alien, that had a mysterious look to him.
Cale never said anything to him cause he was quite frightening to him. As they finally got to the rocket which only took 2 minuets because of the speed that his father was driving at, Mr. Tucker quickly took his son Cale and gave him to Tek and soon after Cale realized that his father was leaving him he had a quick father to son conflict which left Cale crying out for his father… As cale was slowly taking off the ground in the rocket he could see his father drive off and go under ground in a secret passage. Soon the young five year old experienced the death of his home, Earth. Cale and his companion Akima which he had the biggest crush on were on a journey find the Legendary ship Titan that Cales father build. Akima was a pilot of the ship called the Valkyrie. The caption of this ship was Korso who betrayed Cale and Akima later in the story. The enemy of Titan A.E were the Drej, a powerful race ran only on pure energy.
The Essay on A Father Does Not Always Know Best
The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain brilliantly illustrates a boy's travels down the Mississippi and the trials and tribulations that occur as a result. Having a runaway slave as a companion and being set in the South during slavery only forebodes trouble. The many characters and stunts that Huck's pulls provides for an interesting depiction of a young man's venture down a river. Huck ...
The Drejs main goal was to find and destroy the Titan before Cale got to it. Through out the story Cale and Akima were either on the thin line of death or escaping it. After a long battle Cale and Akima got to the legendary ship Titan, but were only soon to find the Drej. The Drejs powers were far more powerful for Cales army of 4 men and 2 girls that made up the fairly small crew of the Valkyrie. A big war had begun which Cale knew that this was the one battle they wouldnt get out of. Thinking quick Cale used an ingenious plan to get rid of the Drej forever. Knowing the Drej ran only on pure energy he activated the Titans secret weapon. The Titan powered up and drained all the energy from the Drej to form a new planet in 7 days which became the new Earth. Were the human race finally had a planet to call their home once again.
The authors techniques were a surprise to me because i had never read a book with it within it. The Story was switched off from each characters point of view. First the story started off as Cale, telling what was happening to him, then it would switch off to Akima telling what she was doing at the exact time. So you would understand each characters point of view. What was very interesting to me was knowing exactly how cale felt about Akima and what he was thinking, then at the same time know what Akima was thinking. Over all Titan A.E was the best book i ever read. This book is one of the only books that has a very good motion picture based on it.
Titan A.E was very action packed but also had a love story within it. I recommend this book to anybody! This book is so good that i feel that anybody would like it as much as i did!! I would like to read more books by these two authors, because they are the best writers that i have read in a long time! So if you are looking for a very good book please check out or buy Titan A.E and enjoy this wonderful book by Steve and Dal Perry.
