That kind of relationship is good because seeing as Juliet doesn’t have a very good relationship with her mother, she can trust her nurse very much and also the nurse does kind of act as a mother to her most of the times during the play.

Their relationship is rather cold and Juliet tends to not be so close with her mother but close to her nurse.
