What University Community Means To Me University community is not just a university population that includes faculty, staff, and student body. It is something more important, as it is rather a live partnership comprising of both teachers, and students, where every member makes his contribution, while developing and growing personally and educationally. To that end, every person should do all his best to contribute to the community. The importance of the university community cannot be underestimated, as it is the community that promotes a common good that includes the needs of all university students. To a certain extent the community reminds a small model of our society, with its general ideas of building shared vision, effective teamwork, understanding and collaboration. It is the community that encourages differences in order to allow its students to learn the best from the diversity of experiences, perspectives, and traditions existing within the university community.
These experiences and perspectives encourage students to develop intellectually, spiritually, physically, emotionally, morally and culturally, develop leadership qualities, and provide perfect opportunities for all its students to apply their knowledge and skills, thus making them not only highly qualified professionals, but also the full-pledged citizens of their country. University community educates generations, who will fashion a more just, humane, and better world, but obviously, as university community contributes to the development of its students, students should undertake all efforts to make their contribution to the community through their background and experience. Finally, given the opportunity, I will bring qualities of persistence, creativity, and system thinking. My excellent communications skills, motivation, and self-initiative, will enable me to work both in team and independently. My academic strengths, personal qualities, and core values will help seeing this university become better, greater, and more beautiful. With all my goals, skills, and experiences, I will do all my best to make an essential contribution to the university community, if given the opportunity..
