The Essay on Case Study Of Four Year Olds
I have observed a little girl who is four years old. She is a beautiful child who has big blue eyes and a smile that warms any heart. However she has a saddness also that will rip your heart out. Jade, not real name, lives with her faather and younger brother. Her mommy has decided not to live with them. According to her father her mommy has left for the third time in a year. This time he says she ...
On the other side, I have also considered doing chambering where I could get a certificate being an Advocate & Solicitor. Having said if my earlier option is impossible, then I’ll consider doing chambering for nine months. After that, I might go for practice for a while. Now here comes the fundamental question on why I consider to practice. There are some real reasons why I want to practice. Among the reason I want to practice is for the money. I only said money isn’t everything; but I didn’t say it was nothing. As a lawyer, you will probably always be able to earn enough to survive and perhaps, a lot more. How much you earn depends upon the type of job you take. In general, lawyers who work for law firms and businesses earn notably more than public service and government servant.
Another reason why I want to practice is because I feel the need for justice. I have seen too many people going through life feeling that something is missing. Often, what is missing is passion. The people who are at the top are those who have a passion for what they are doing. It is almost impossible to become a lawyer and not acquire a passion for justice. More than any other profession, you will be exposed to people who have suffered injustices. You will get to know many of them personally and undergo what they feel. And you will come to understand that it is not a game. They are real people and what you do and did not do will affect their lives, sometimes in remarkable ways. Their cause will become yours and you will become a passionate representative of their rights. I suppose that passion, being channeled properly, will bring out the best in me and inspire others.
Besides that, I think that by practicing, I could make a difference. Law is one of the few professions where a single person may get a chance to do something that impacts every person in the nation. I suppose every lawyer has dreamed, at one time or another, of arguing a landmark case before the Federal Court and come out with a precedent or getting involved in a high profile case. While few lawyers ever get that chance, similar opportunities arise whether we realize it or not. However it is about more than high profile and precedent setting cases. As a lawyer, you will be presented with daily opportunities and chances to help those in need. Good people sometimes find themselves in difficult, even desperate, circumstances. Everyone makes mistakes and many deserve a second chance. Thus, I think an intervention and assistance from a lawyer can secure such people rights. What I do or don’t do will change peoples’ futures. Of all the things I have done in my life, I feel that if I’m capable of using my legal expertise to help others, it will be among the most satisfying. Helping one person may seem like a small accomplishment. But all those ones can add up to a big difference, not only to the person that I helped, but to me as well.
The Essay on People often complain about life in the U.S.
People complain when most of their needs are not met. The irony of it lies when complaints are just piled up without any further insights on how to solve such problems. In the long run, complaints become a part of the lifestyle of people who are good at pointing at the loopholes most especially of the government, and of the leaders. As there would always be a reason for every action that is done, ...
I believe that later throughout my journey in the legal career, I would love to contribute to the legal profession. Among the matter that I would attend is to get involved in the association for Muslims advocates. I would love to serve the nation and my religion, being a Muslim myself, especially by serving the unfortunates ones in terms of securing their rights to be defended and represented. I am aware that nowadays, though it may seem like everyone is able to cope up with the standard of living, but there are some who are really unfortunate too. These are the people that I am concern to assist, to get whatever rights they are fighting for as long as it is in line with the religion and Constitution. I think that someone has to take up the role to speak out against injustice and on social issues, and I would want to be that person. I consider to utilize my time to do pro-bono work. I did not come from a privileged family and I believe that luck had its role to play in me becoming a lawyer. I was provided the opportunities that not many people were able to obtain and as such I want to give back to society as well as to the profession.
Besides that, I would like to change the society’s perception towards those people in legal career, specifically on the issue of corruption. This may sounds impossible, but I believe that something can be done with big efforts from everyone. I think that all lawyers should stay together to fight corruption. This is in order to maintain and uphold the system of judiciary and legislative. A campaign among lawyers would be a good start of this, and I want to be part of it. Besides that, I would suggest the artists who have some legal background to support the campaign as well. They could use some help by educate the people by inserting some legal values in their songs, and repair the society’s perception towards lawyers.
The Essay on How does Mass Media affect people in society?
So far, there’re various media for people to choose and access the information such as television, radio, Internet, or even mobile phone, consequently, media have a full capacity to set a social subject for mass audience to think and talk about. Often, media do not deliberately set the agenda and determine the pros and cons of that particular issue, so it repeatedly causes bad consequences ...
