William Shakespeare is one of the most well-known and most inspired writers that ever was. There are no existing birth records that state the true birth of William Shakespeare. There are church records that say he was baptized April 26, 1564 in Stratford-upon-Avon. So scholars believe he must have been born around that date and they believe that that date wads April 23,1564. William was the son of John Shakespeare and Mary Arden. John was a leather merchant and Mary was a local landed heiress. William had 5 other siblings. He had two older sisters named Joan and Judith and had three younger brothers named Gilbert, Richard, and Edmund.
There are many records about his childhood and some of the things that he did but there are no records of him ever getting school. They believe that he attended Kings New School. But since it cost money to go to school student had a to pay a tuition. Since he was a son of a public official he was automatically qualify for free tuition. But since there were not any source of existence of any record of him and his education people can sometimes believe that he never existed. Shakespeare continued to grow up and once he reached the age of 18 he then got married. He got married to a woman named Anne Hathaway.
They got married on November 28, 1582. Shakespeare was 18 and Anne was 26 when they got married. While they were married they had three children. Their eldest daughter was Susanna and then two years after the birth of their first child they had twins who were named Hamnet and Judith. But then at the age of eleven Hamnet passed away from a cause that is unknown. After the birth of the twins that Shakespeare had there where no record for seven year later. Shakespeare all sudden jut disappeared out of the blue without anyone knowing where he went.

Those years where there were no records of where called his lost years. A rumor that spread about him disappearing without any trace was that he went into hiding. The rumored reason on why he went into hiding was that he stole some stuff from the local landlord. Another rumor was that he become a school assistant After seven years Shakespeare finally reappeared in England in the mid 1580s. When they found he was working for a local London theater as a horse attendant. But after a few years of working with the horses he finally started working as an actor and playwright. This was they way he started to make his living.
So pretty much when he came to London it was the place of where he got his start as a writer. By 1592 it was said he had already written and produced several plays in London. While he was writing and acting, he joined a company named The Lord Chamberlains. It was an acting company out of London. But when the new king was crowned they had to change their name of the company. So when King James I was crowned the company name was changed to Kings Men. This company played a big role in Shakespeare life. Not only did he perform with the group, the group would perform some of the plays that he wrote.
Theater played a big role in London. It also played a role in Shakespeare’s life. By 1597 published 15 of his 37. Since he started to be serious about his writing he decided to move him and his family to London where he bought the biggest house in London. Most of the days he spent it either writing or acting. But he got so into the theater that he got a group of his own business partners and made the decision to build his own theater. The theater that they would be built would be the most famous theater ever built. The name of this theater was The Globe Theater.

Some of the plays that were performed in the theater were plays that were written by him. Some of the most famous ones were Romeo and Juliet, Henry VI, Richard II, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Besides from writing plays he also wrote tragedies, tragicomedy and sonnets. Some of things that fall under these categories were Hamlet, Othello, King Lear, and Macbeth.
