Within my assigned department, as an auditor, different levels of communication are practices on a day-to-day basis. For example, as an auditor, we often communicate non verbally to another shared center in a different state in an attempt to produce weekly, monthly and annual forecasting, reports and audits. Most often the use of a shared computer network or drive enables both centers to obtain the needed information to actively complete the needed reports. In addition, the use of e-mail or Lotus Notes allows specific individuals to communicate and transfer needed information quickly. Also, the development of a shared Intranet web site enables each center to obtain data, memorandums, up to date statistics for each location, as well as best practice procedures, all of which can be obtain within a matter of seconds. This type of technology allows for a more productive and knowledgeable department.

The Essay on Managed Team Members Management Group
A self managing work team is one that has the power to make its own decisions and direct all activities needed to reach its goal. This type of team is formed by management but once formed and given a goal, becomes self controlling. Team dynamics play a key role in the success or failure of the group. First, a group of associates are assigned, as a team, to a supervisor. Secondly, each supervisor along with his or her teams is managed under an assigned manager. Lastly, each management team reports to the director of the department. Through this process, effective team building and interpersonal communication, allows FACS Group Inc the opportunity to further develop and become more competitive. In addition, FACS Group Inc collectively intentionally create team-based structures which require individuals to be more adaptable and form or re-form work relationships quickly and smoothly (Prager, 1999).
The methodology of effective team building is best explained through organizational models, communication and result-oriented processes.
For example, organizations my chose to use different guidelines in an attempt to determine which team programs will prove to be beneficial to the organization as a whole. The selected chapter provides five different guidelines in which organizations should consider when shaping teams or team programs. First, look for a program that fits the corporate culture. Second, be sure that the outcome meets training goals. Third, find training that will translate skills back to the workplace. Fourth, place people outside of their comfort zone, but not so far away that they are scared to get the message.
Finally, get away to a different environment. Furthermore, communication analysis can be defined as an original speech which explains, analyses or evaluates a communication artifact such as, speech, advertisement, text, symbol, icon etc (Gustavus, 2005).
Within my own work environment, I often use thematically coherent speech in an attempt to present adequate information in an attempt to properly inform my audience or a single person with new information or new guideline rather then consistently repeating already known information regarding the task at hand. In regard to FACS Group Inc as an organization, I have the opportunity to use effective language non-verbally during weekly morning meeting.
For example, during the weekly morning meeting I am able to effectively demonstrate direct communication through eye-contact and good posture. In addition, conducting the weekly morning meetings gives me the opportunity to actively enhance my enunciation using correct grammar and pronunciation. In conclusion, in today’s rapid changing environment the ability to communicate well within the workplace has proven to be more important then ever (Learning Point, 2002).
