Nowadays more and more peoples prefer to study and work in foreign countries. From my point of view, there are many reasons for studying and working abroad. But in this essay I prefer write reasons why students choose the universities in foreign countries.
The first one is to possess world standard education. When I was in school, I dreamed of studying in a foreign country, especially in Western Europe. Being independent and exploring the unknown attracted my attention. I always had a desire to learn and get to know foreign people and their culture. Germany is one of the industrialized countries which underwent high technology development. Its universities provide advanced study facilities designed to further better performance of students. Because of these reasons and world standard education I decided to go to Germany and studied at the FH Anhalt University, one of the best universities.
Second one is for studying abroad is the career development. People should have world recognizable skills to be the best in their own work field. For example, my brother studied construction engineering in Germany. Today he has his own company which constructs buildings of high quality. He is not only a good engineer but also a good translator.
The Essay on Many MNEs may want to start operations in some foreign country
Establishment mode means that the MNE starts its operations from scratch in the foreign country usually through a wholly owned subsidiary where as in entry mode; this can be accomplished by a subsidiary or through partnership with a local party which involves shared ownership. In this study the authors examine the effect of same variables on both these choices available to a company. They do it ...
Furthermore, the other reason is the individual development. People who studied in foreign developed countries learn the culture of the country. When they come back, they import the culture owned from abroad and influence their families, friends and their colleagues in a good way.
Last reason is living in any new country, whether working or studying, is likely to broaden the mind. Experiencing new cultures, interacting with those with a background different from one’s own, seeing a different way of life, and experiencing the way other peoples do things is generally a positive, enhancing experience. Exploring cultures and civilisations outside of one’s own, which may happen when studying abroad, is intellectually and spiritually enriching. It also encourages and nurtures independence, as the student studying abroad, out of his or her familiar territory, is placed when into an unfamiliar environment, possibly having to discover or work out new ways to get around and do things. In this respect, studying abroad can be confidence-building, equipping the student with the resourcefulness needed to be self-sufficient in a foreign country.
In conclusion, from the reasons and examples mentioned above we can see how important it is to study abroad. With world standard education and individual development, people can make the best career, work where they want and live as happily as they have ever wished.
