WRESTING IS AN ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN DEBATED FOR A LONG TIME. THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD WHO BELIEVE THAT WRESTLING IS FAKE, JUST A BUNCH OF ACTORS PUTTING A SHOW ON IN A RING. THEY BELIEVE THAT JUST ANYONE COULD GET OUT IN THAT RING AND DO THE SAME EXACT THINGS THAT ARE SHOWN ON THE WRESTLING PROGRAMS, THAT IT TAKES NO TALENT WHATSOEVER. I AM HERE TO TELL YOU THAT WRESTLERS AREN’T JUST ACTORS, AND THAT THEY DO IN FACT HAVE TO PUT IN HARD WORK AND PLENTY OF TRAINING TO DO WHAT THEY DO. A PROFESSIONAL WRESTLER DOES NOT JUST GO OUT IN THE RING, DO A COUPLE OF MOVES, PLEASE THE CROWD, THEN GO HOME. HOURS OF TRAINING DAILY IS REQUIRED FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO MASTER THE TECHNICAL MOVES THAT THEY PULL OFF, AND FOR THEM TO HAVE THE STRENGTH TO GO OUT TWO OR THREE TIMES A WEEK AND WRESTLE ANOTHER HUMAN BEING.
IT HAS TAKEN YEARS FOR THEM TO ACHIEVE THE ABILITY TO MASTER ALL OF THE “WRESTLING MOVES” THAT THEY PERFORM. THEY TAKE BUMPS AND BRUISES, POSSIBLY EVEN BROKEN OR DISLOCATED BONES, WHEN OUT THERE “PUTTING ON A SHOW” FOR THEIR AUDIENCE. I WILL ADMIT THAT WRESTLING CAN BE CALLED THE “MALE SOAP OPERA”, THAT THE SHOW IS MADE UP OF STORY LINES AND THE FEUDS AREN’T REAL. A LOT OF THE TIME THE WRESTLERS WILL MAKE OUT THEIR PAIN TO BE A LOT WORSE THEN IT ACTUALLY IS, BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN THAT THE PAIN ISN’T THERE. IT DOESN’T MEAN THAT ANYBODY CAN GET OUT THERE, AND ACT LIKE THEY ARE BEATING SOMEBODY UP, AND THAT IS ALL THAT IT TAKES.
The Essay on A Favorite Place I Like To Spend Time
A Favorite Place I Like to Spend Time Sometimes, when I feel tired and exhausted, I need a place for relaxation. Although there are many places, where one can feel relaxed, such as reading in a library with a cup of coffee, or sitting in a comfortable chair, covered with a cozy warm rug, holding a cup of fresh hot tea with scents of flowers, herbs, and jasmine and looking through the window, where ...
THAT IS LIKE SAYING THAT ANYONE CAN GET ON STAGE AND ACT, AND THAT IS ALL IT TAKES. YOU HAVE TO HAVE TALENT, PRACTICE, AND TRAINING TO MAKE IT AS AN ACTOR, JUST AS YOU HAVE TO HAVE TALENT, PRACTICE, AND TRAINING TO MAKE IT AS A PROFESSIONAL WRESTLER. JUDGING FROM MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCES, AS A RING CREW WORKER AND FORMER TRAINEE, I CAN DEFINITELY TELL YOU THAT IT IS NOT A FAKE SPORT. THE BUMPS (OR FALLS) IN THE MATCH HURT AS BAD AS THEY LOOK, AND AFTER EACH MATCH THE WRESTLER IS IN SOME FORM OF PAIN, NO MATTER HOW LONG OR SHORT THE MATCH. THE PUNCHING, KICKING, AND HITTING WITH WEAPONS IS THE TRICKIEST TRADE TO LEARN IN PRO WRESTLING. IF A WRESTLER SHOULD SLIP WITH ANY OF THESE HIS OPPONENT COULD WIND UP BEING SERIOUSLY HURT.
WITH THE WEAPONS THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO TAKE THEM, THE FIRST IS TO THROW YOUR HANDS UP AT THE LAST SECOND, THE SECOND IS TO JUST TAKE IT (THIS WAY IS USUALLY HOW IT IS DONE).
DURING THE TIME I SPENT TRAINING AND WORKING RING CREW, I LEARNED THAT THERE WAS MORE TO THE BUSINESS THEN JUST PUTTING ON A PAIR OF BRIGHT COLORED TIGHTS AND ACTING, I LEARNED THAT THE WRESTLER ACTUALLY RISK THEIR LIVELIHOOD TO ENTERTAIN PEOPLE. I ALSO LEARNED THAT THE BUSINESS OF PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING IS A VERY TOUGH TO MAKE A LIVING OFF OF AND THE ONLY TO REALLY MAKE IT IS THROUGH DEDICATION AND HARD WORK. SO IN CONCLUSION I’D JUST LIKE TO SAY THAT WRESTLING IS NOT COMPLETELY FAKE. IT TAKES TALENT AND HARD WORK, MORE HARD WORK THAN A LOT OF THE JOBS OUT THERE. IT IS TRUE THAT ANYONE CAN GET OUT IN THE RING AND BEAT SOMEONE UP, BUT TO DO IT EVERY SINGLE DAY, DAY AFTER DAY, WEEK AFTER WEEK, IT TAKES MORE THAN JUST A “NORMAL PERSON.” THEY HAVE TO WORK HARD AND BUST THEIR BUTTS TO GET WHERE THEY ARE NOW, AND TO BE ABLE TO DO WHAT THEY DO.
THAT IS EXTREMELY RESPECTABLE IN MY EYES, AND NO ONE WILL EVER BE ABLE TO CONVINCE ME OTHER WISE.
