Answer: Personally, I am an outgoing person, I am known for being blunt and direct among my friends. When I am working, I become a well-organized people, and I always have a written list of things to do and a schedule for doing them, I can both work individually and in a group. I prefer working in a group, I think it can save time and it has more creativity leading to more ideas and better results. I strongly agree that communication plays a very important role in people’s daily life and work, and I’m committed.
I would like to work with the person who is responsible and proactive, he/she should be a good team player and being organized. I think being complementary is also important. Sometimes, I will make mistakes, he/she can indicate that to me and give me advises. On the contrary, I don’t like people doing things in an indirect way, I don’t like working with procrastinator.
