One time, my sister found a wallet with a lot of money in it. She did not take the money. Instead, she reported the wallet to the police station. When the wallet’s owner came to say thank you and gave her some money as reward. She did not take it and said that it was her responsibility to give the wallet back to them. I learn a lot from the way she treats people around, and her academic excellence inspires me to try my best everyday at school. Moreover, my sister is a wonderful sister. She plays an essential role during my childhood. When I was a little boy, my parents were busy at work, so my sister took care of me most of the time.
She taught me everything from how to brush my teeth, how to use a computer, how to play soccer, to how to study effectively. Whenever I could not do my homework, she always helped me. However, instead of giving me the final answer, she would guide me through the problem, so I understood it better. Thanks to her, I was a very good student in my class back then. I ran straight to my sister and told her everything. She did not yell at me, instead she gave me the money to give it to my friend. She just told me to be more careful next time. She did not tell my parents about that and I really appreciated it. Even now when we are studying abroad, she is still taking care of me like always. Last but not least, my sister changes my life. Soon I became addicted to video games. My grade started to go down because I spent too much time playing video games and I did not have time to do my homework. At the end of the second semester, I fell my math class and had to go to summer school. When my parents found out, they started to yell at me all the time. However, my sister did not. She took me out for ice cream and told me not to worry because she would help me with my math class. She spent all her summer doing nothing but helping me with my math class and with my game addiction. She helped me create a schedule to manage my time.
She filled it with a lot of outdoor activities such as swimming class, Karate class, and community service. Since then, my life had become more meaningful. I began to go out and participate in a lot of activities. By the end of that summer, I got an A in the math class together with 49 community service hours. In conclusion, I admire my sister because she is an excellent student, an altruistic person, and a wonderful sister.
