Of all the dishes I’ve knew , menudo was one of my favorite. I do remember how my mother cooks this pinoy dish. I can describe it as mouth-watery, yummy and of course it’s delicious. Let me share you the full recipe for menudo and how it being cooked. First of all, marinate pork for at least 15-30 minutes in lemon/calamansi and soy sauce mixture. Make sure all ingredients are in exact amount for us to get the right taste of the menudo.. In a casserole, heat the olive oil (any cooking oil will do).
Over medium-high heat, brown pork pieces until the meat is no longer pink. Set aside on the casserole. Add the garlic and chopped onions, tomatoes until cooked well.
Tomatoes should be well cooked. Then add the tomato paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce, bay leaf and 1 c. of water. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for an hour or until pork is tender. Check the amount of liquid once in a while. Add more broth or water, if necessary, about half a cup at a time. When the pork is tender, increase the heat to medium-low and add the liver cubes. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add cooked potato and carrot cubes, sweet peas and diced bell pepper. Adjust the seasonings. Stir to distribute ingredients. Serve over rice. These are the simplest steps on how to cook menudo. Hope that these steps may help you in your everyday life.
CLASSIFICATION
Five Classifications of my Classmates
There are many classifications of my classmates, why? Of course it’s because all of us have different traits and classifications.
The Term Paper on Heat Pump
Outdoor components of a residential air-source heat pump A heat pump is a machine or device that transfers thermal energy from one location, called the “source,” which is at a lower temperature, to another location called the “sink” or “heat sink”, which is at a higher temperature. Thus, heat pumps moves thermal energy opposite to the direction that it normally ...
But I will only give some of their classifications that most of us students can really relate.
The first are the “loners”, they are the ones who usually prefer to be alone in all the things they do. They love quiet places wherein they can stay alone studying or doing home works. They prefer places wherein no one would even bother to dare disturb them. Some called them weirdo.
The second classification is the “shy type”, they are not loners, they are just afraid of doing first moves. They won’t approach you unless you will be the first one to smile on them.
Third, the “darling of the Crowd”/ “the clown” he’s always the one who makes us laugh even during class.
Fourth, of course, “the genius”, the one who’s always top of the class, the boss, but the boring one.
Last but not the least, the “campus crush”, one of the reasons why most of are excited to go to school.
Those are only few of my classmates’ classifications. Every day, every year, we meet different classmates, friends and school mates (we even encountered an enemy).
But at the end of the day, bear in mind that our classmates and professors are our second family and our school is our second home.
ANALOGY
Analogy between Love and Cooking
Love is like a dish, a recipe, a favorite food. Loving is much likely cooking your favorite dish. You want it to be extra special, full of flavors. You always want to make sure that every ingredients are available and on the right amount. Love fulfills your heart as much as how you fulfill someone’s hunger when you cook their favorite dishes. It satisfies your hunger and craving for something. Love also requires effort just like when we are cooking our favorite dish or a special dish. It requires your attention so that it will not be overcooked nor half cook.
But love can also give us disappointment when someone breaks our heart. Just like cooking, no matter how best we did, no matter how we made it special, it will still remain tasteless if we’ll forget to put the seasoning. But despite of how painful it will be, just like cooking, we are still ready to do it over and over again. But for us to make sure that we’re not doing the same mistakes again, we better should do all the procedures and rules of love and cooking.

COMPARISON AND CONTRAST
Compare and Contrast Public and Private Schools
Planning to go to school but can’t decide where to go? Here are some comparisons and contrasts about public and private schools. The biggest difference of the public and private schools are the tuition fees. It’s like buying from first class department store and on a simple “tiangge”. It’s like going to SM Megamall and going to Baclaran or Divisoria. In a private school, you are required to pay even for smallest miscellaneous. You are required to pay tuition fees that rate from thousands of pesos.
But frankly speaking, it offers a good quality of education. It has many resources for good teaching for it is run by a particular person who can afford to supply all the needs of the school. While in public schools, it is run by the government. If you can’t afford to go to a prestigious school, a public school is willing to accept you. It even offers a free schooling. But, it has limited resources because it only depends by the project that the government will provide.
More students prefer to study on a private school not just for quality education but most for fame, because some of us believed that if you’re in a private school, you’re famous men. But for me, it’s not important whether you are in a private or a public school. As long as you are learning and you are becoming ready to face your future. It still depends on us students, private or public, if we are really sincere and willing to study, it won’t really matter at all.
