OWN LIFE
Everyone has their own life. Andy is the main character in the “side walk bleeding”——a story we read recently written by Evan hunter. He had a tragedy life. He tried his best to join the royal. But he just happy for a few days and then he had been killed. Some parts of his are similar like ours. We can learn a lot from Andy. There are many connections between Andy and me, just like dream, age and something proud.
I have a same dream with Andy. Andy is member in a gang. In an evening, he has been killed in a dark street. “A knife had entered his body just below his rib cage and had been drawn across his body violently, tearing a wide gap in his flesh.” “He lay bleeding” (pg. 49) but no one help him, so he died. He is just a kid. He doesn’t want to be the royal. He just wants to be average. “I’ m Andy, he screamed wordlessly. For Christ’s sake, I’m Andy”. Maybe he join the royal has some good influence but he may be asked to do something. He will lose his life every time. He doesn’t want to be the royal. He just wants to be average. I have a same dream with Andy. I don’t want get any achievement. I just want to live in my own house and have a peace job. I live with my family. In daytime, I go to work. In the evening, I stay at home and watch TV and go to sleep. I think if you have some achievement on some territory. The life must be terrible. I will be tired. If I am average, I will lose some delight, but I must be safe. So I just want to be average. Andy and I have a same dream. We both want to be average.
The Essay on Paths Of Life American Dream
The only way to know for sure if a path is right for you is to take and follow the path all the way to the end. Unfortunately life can only allow so many misdirection plays and crossing of paths. There are many paths to choose from and every decision everyday of one's life can lead further down a path or force you to back up. Many people believe in one path and stick with it while others try to ...
.Andy just wants to be himself. Andy is a 16 year boy. He is a child. He joined the royal. He needs to do something against the law just like trading drugs, or fight with each other. He has a possible to be killed by his enemies. He has a dangerous life. Finally “a knife had entered just below his rib cage and had been drawn across his body violently, tearing a wide gap in his flesh.” (pg. 49).
I have the same age with him. But I have a different life with him. I am a student in a senior high school. I go to school every day. I have 4 classes during the day time. Through study is hard, but no dangerous. I study, and do homework every day. I have a peace life. But Andy doesn’t. He had died during a gang fighting. I am so pity for Andy. He will have a good life if he doesn’t join the gang. But he doesn’t.
Everyone must have something proud. Andy and I both have a moment that we mention how proud we are to join one place or a term. Andy is so proud that he joins the royal. “When he had first joined the royals. he could remember how happy he was the royal had taken him”. (pg. 53) because “royal is one of the biggest” “there had been meaning to the title” (pg. 53).
Also I have a similar moment with Andy’s. When I was 13 years old, i graduated from primary school to secondary school. I had prepared for that moment for ever one year. it is big event for me. I had joined a lot of competition to get rewards. I had handed on all my certificates to that school which is the best school in my city. One day, I stayed at home. I got a call; the manager of the school told me that I had been admitting to join the school. I was so happy when I heard this news. I think the mood of mine at that time is similar as Andy’s.
From this story, people can learn that everyone has their own life but people should think about what people do and if people should do that. Teenage is the very important age in one’s life. People should pay attention to that.
