Having a problem prevention Plan is the fundamental element in any educational setting. I trust that if learners are in a safe environment, then learning can take place. This doesn’t essentially result in disciplining behavior problems, however rather an amalgamation of setting the tone in a class, preventing conduct problems with thought-provoking, engaging curriculums and efficiently incorporating all learners in the classroom so that each learner needs are met. Creating the right situation for all learners to learn is my key goal of effecting a good classroom Problem Prevention Plan –without it the learners would not be able to learn. My primary objectives for my fourth graders the first week of class will be to systematize my classroom in a team/group setting atmosphere. Introduce myself and then have each learner to do the same. If in case any student has forgotten to bring ID card he/she should get a duplicate one from the administration office after paying fine.
9. No electronic gazettes (mobile handsets, iPods, music players, headphones, tablets and laptops) are allowed in the class. Only calculators are allowed. No person except school learners, staff and teachers are allowed in the classrooms

However core rules of administration cannot be changed. The rules of each set of will be written by me, the teacher. Learners will be able to take part by augmenting to the behavior expectations section and forming the class rules consequences. Conclusion
By developing a comprehensive problem prevention plan for my fourth grade learners for their first week in school. This will definitely aid me, as a teachers and the school administration in gaining initial control over conduct of learners. However I have taken into count that it is very difficult to maintain this disciplinary attitude for days and months. Any misconduct in class and teachers reacting to it, can spoil the climate and learners may take as a violation of the rule.
