The information in sections 1 and 2 will be used to decide on your fee status, please ensure all details are completed fully. Non-EU nationals must enclose a copy of their passport and any visa endorsements. Include your normal home address and if you wish another address to which you require all correspondence to be sent. If you are applying for a course in teaching, health, social work, or another course involving work with children or vulnerable adults, any criminal convictions, including sentences and cautions (including verbal cautions), reprimands, final warnings and bindover orders are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If you are applying for such a course, you must tell us about all criminal convictions, including spent sentences, cautions and bindover orders, for those courses you maybe required later to have an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure (www.crb.gov.uk).
If you are convicted of a relevant criminal offence after you have applied, you must tell us. Do not send details of the offence; simply tell us that you have a relevant criminal conviction. We may then ask you for more details.
Section 3

Alternative courses may also be indicated on the form, in case we are unable to offer admission to your preferred choice. Full-time undergraduate degree courses start in September. Relevant criminal convictions are only those convictions for offences against the person, whether of a violent or sexual nature, and convictions for offences involving unlawfully supplying controlled drugs or substances where the conviction concerns commercial drug dealing or trafficking. Convictions that are spent (as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974) are not considered to be relevant and you should not reveal them (however see next paragraph).
