The day my son, Adrian Michael turned two years old was the most exciting, yet stressful day that we have had yet. On that day, Adrian and I woke up and got dressed. I dressed Adrian in his red and black suit, I thought it was apporiate for the day.
After getting dressed, I began to cook the food I was going to serve. I started to make sauage, peppers and onions, chicken wings, stuffed shells, meatballs, and I also made a pasta salad. Once I got the good in the oven, I wanted to begin decorating. I started with the inside of my mother’s house. I hung stremers and ballons from the walls. After doing that, I decorated the front outside. I tied two balloons on the railings, one blue and one red. I also hung a door banner on the front door. As I was decorating the front outside, I realized that the moonbounce that I had order, had not arrived. I stopped everything I was doing to call the place I rented it from. They assured me that the moonbounce would be here before the party started. So with that reasurring, I went into the backyard to decorate and set tables and chairs up. I tied some balloons to the chairs and hung stremers on the fence. It is now about 12 o’clock, I have only an hour to make sure that the moonbounce will be here in time. I called the rental place once again. The man told me that he should be there within the next half an hour. I was upset and also nervous. I wanted the moonbounce to be here atleast two hours before the party begun.
I couldn’t let me being upset put a strain on anything else for this party. I decieded to go back inside and to once again check on the food. The food was all done and ready to be set up on the dining room table. Luckily, after setting the food up, the moonbounce was here! I was so relieved. I told the man that I would like the moonbounce to be placed in the certain in the back on the yard. Within five minutes the moonbounce was inflattened and ready to be jumped on. Shortly after, Adrian’s guests started to arrive. As they arrived we went into the backyard to hang out and bounce around. When my son seen that huge moonbounce, along with all of our family and friends, he went absolutly crazy. He was laughing and smiling. Once all the guests arrived, it was time to eat! Everyone dug into the food. Everyone complimented my cooking, they thought it was delicious. I was also pleased with myself. After we ate, we went back into the yard. An hour went by, I thought it was time to sing happy birthday to the birthday boy. So we all headed upstairs into my mother’s dinning room. Everyone surrounded Adrian, as everyone surrounded him hes expression was almost confused as to why everyone was around him.

I explained to him that this is how we would sing happy birthday to him. I went and got Adrian’s cake and lit the candles. I started to sing, everyone joined in. I brought the cake to Adrian and then placed him on my lap, by then the song was over, and I told Adrian to make a wish and blow the candles out. He sat there for a second, tried to blow the candles out, he couldn’t, so i said one more time Adrian and I helped him. Everyone cheered which made Adrian so happy that he started to clap. I helped Adrian cut his first piece of cake, then i finished cutting the cake so everyone else could have a piece. After the cake, it was present time! We all surrounded Adrian once again. Once again confused, I explained to him that he had presents to open. He smiled. As the gifts were being opened, Adrian’s smile got bigger. He recieved lots of cars and trucks, which are his favorites. As we finished opening the gifts, I made sure that I wrote down who got Adrian what, so that I could send thank you cards out. Adrian and I said thank you to everyone. I placed his gifts in a new pile, and told everyone to lets go bounce again!
