During the game the players must act sensibly, if a player is rude or aggressive towards the other players or referee then they will be given a yellow card, if this is there first yellow card of the match it is a warning, but once receiving the first and then if you receive a second in the same match the both together is the same as being given a red card, a red card means you are sent off. Once being sent off they can not play a game for a few matches, they are also fined.

The referee is put into the match to maintain the game, he/she must keep track of the time, send players off if they are not following the rules, they also make most of the decisions during the game eg; fouls, goals and if free kicks or penalties should be taken place. There are two assistant referee’s, they help the referee make choices, they are places in two different places, one on the side line and the other on the other half. They help make choices like who should take corners and throw ins.
There is also a fourth official this person signals to the referee when a team wants to make a pause in the game to make a substitution. The fourth official is seat near to where the coaches and where there players that aren’t playing sit.
