In the Twenty-First Century the value of education has taken on a completely new meaning. Education is an importance tool that contributes to several aspects of a person’s life in order to take advantage of what have been learns and how productively it is used in either personal or professional life. In the view of an on going synopsis, it expressed the there is no satisfactory direction has been taken into the account toward higher education from more than 60 years of the independence. The present study focused on are two major relevant issues viz., (i) education, (ii) research aimed at describing the vital role of education and research in society and development process in India along with the suggestions. From past many years India’s response over education system is very sluggish due to variety of reasons such as bureaucracy, standardization of educational institutions, unique teaching methodology etc. Hence, study also promoting the priority for making a sound educational system in India. In the same way, study also focused on meaning of academic research, its characteristics and its development phases. It explain the pre independence period and describe Indian research status was very during that time and also explained post independence period how our universities/institutions started falling down its standard and achieved 33rd rank among all other countries. It also expressed the emerging problems of Indian academicians during the research period and also suggests the remedies to cope up the problems in way-out to provide better facilities, atmosphere and job opportunities to the research scholars.

Audio engineering is a part of audio science dealing with the recording and reproduction of sound through mechanical and electronic means. The field draws on many disciplines, including electrical engineering, acoustics, psychoacoustics, and music. Unlike acoustical engineering, audio engineering does not deal with noise control or acoustical design. An audio engineer is closer to the creative and technical aspects of audio rather than formal engineering.
Education today has been on the decline within our public schools. Teachers do not have the passion as once did in the past and students do not have the desire to learn as they once did. Teachers need to remember that they mean more to children than just teachers. Today’s teachers have to wear many hats in the classroom. They are social workers, nurses, dietitians and in some extreme cases substitute parents. There are many reasons that contribute to the decline of the educational system that exists in our public schools but for the purpose of this paper only a few will be mentioned. The decline of the school system has occurred do the following reasons: economic segregation, the lack of programs for children at risk for failure, the instituting of standardized testing, and the lack of safety within the schools along with the constant striking of teachers which jeopardizes the education and growth of children.
