A statement of a great way to cultivate spirituality is through a rigorous routine. Specifically, the foods we put into our bodies are very connected to how spirituality grounded we are on any given day of the week.
The food that we eat everyday is not just an object to put into our bodies in order to be active and do all the activities but also it is a great way to cultivate spirituality.
B. Development ( Paragraph B to E )
1. One way to cultivate spirituality is by selecting one day out of the week to fast from something.
2. Fasting from something, or, trying something new one day a week, allows one to explore different perspectives and ways to see their lives and hence the world.
3. Not eating out more than once a week.
4. Another steadfast way is not snacking between meals to increase one’s awareness and discipline.
C. Conclusion
The universe is filled with possibilities for endless growth, seize them and transform. Exploration of self and trying something new are the ways how our life will be part of something greater, and spiritual experiences.
