Rockets have been important in getting telescopes and men into space.
There is one telescope and that is the Bible. But man wanted to see the universe close up.
When early scientists found that they could discover the universe using scientific principles they saw it as God’s created universe, not the big bang. They believed God’s word. Many scientists today believe that it all happened by chance. Modern technology disproves’
this belief. When you look at the photos the Hubble has taken, you can see the amazing complexity of the universe. However, people still re-

They believe anything but the Bible, even though the Bible already stated what scientists have discovered today. Scientists, in their desire to go to space, needed rockets. Rockets had already been used for war. The need for rocket’s use in war-time was of benefit to scientists because they had the money and help needed to create the rocket and its tower.
The rocket projects the satellite into space the correct distance but also the correct speed for the satellite. It is important for it to go at 17,000 m.p.h. This is so because if the speed is too slow, the satellite will crash because of the earth’s gravity pulling, and if it is too fast it will go spinning off into space. If the satellite is travelling at the right speed, it can orbit the earth for many years. The closer planets near the sun must go fast because of the sun’s gravitational pull, and the planets further away can go slower, because they are further away from the sun’s gravitational pull. If this planet earth went any slower it would go into the sun, and if it went any faster it would go to space. God made the planets all to go at the correct speed and this shows us that there needs to be a Being to design this in the way that it is just as there has to be a being to launch satellites at exactly the right speed. There has to be someone to launch these satellites into space at the correct speed just like someone has to make the planets go at the right speeds. God did this with his one command and it was done, but rocket scientists must work for years.
The Essay on Satellites Space Shuttle
Satellites Satellite is probably the most useful invention since the wheel. Satellites have the capability to let you talk with someone across the nation or let you close a business deal through video communication. Almost everything today is heading towards the use of satellites, such as telephones. At&t has used this communications satellite (top right) ever since the late 1950 s. TVS and ...
Robert H. Goddard and Wernher von Braun were the two most important figures in the history of rocketry. Robert H. Goddard was an American. When he was at high school in Worcester, Massachusetts, he thought that the rocket could be used to send people into space. He became the “Father of Modern Rocketry.” He became a professor of physics and continued to study how rockets could be developed, but people rubbished him. He struggled with no financial help but he persisted and he built and launched the first rocket in 1926. He proved that rockets could fly in a vacuum and he developed instruments for controlling rockets in flight. He wanted to go to the moon. He died in 1945 at the end of the war. His dream came true because other Americans were becoming interested in rockets and their potential, and the United States were starting a rocket development of its own
