SUBJECT: Installment request from World Call Telecom Limited
This is with reference to our letter of even number dated 30th August 2011 on the above mentioned subject.
2. The Authority has extended the validity of the offer for further 15 days i.e 30th September 2011. Moreover, the Authority has given grace period of15 days for each monthly installment.
The contents of para 2 and para 3 (d) of our letter dated 30th August 2011 has been amended and read as under:
Last line of Para 2:
Installment plan effective from 1st September, 2011
with due date for each installment on = 15th of each month (30th of each month with grace period of 15 days subject to late payment charges)
Para 3 (d).
In case of default in making payment of any installment upto end of grace period of each month i.e 30th of each month, the license of the Operator will automatically stand cancelled on next day of the grace period 31st of the month (or 1st of proceeding month) and Authority may/will proceed further to recover the dues as per provisions of the PTA Act.
Other terms and conditions of the offer will remain unchanged.
