Peter have their own opinion and experience about love. But for me Unconditional love is true love, where you love the person exactly as they are, exactly as they were before, and exactly as they will be in the future – because people change all the time . I will not tell u how to find you mr or mrs right or even tell u how to win your lovers heart. But I will tell the greatest love story and that is my topic for presentation today.
Love is known to be sacrifice and intense passion. But just how intense can love be? No one knows the answer. But whenever one talks about the depth of love, intensity of passion, two names almost immediately come to mind- Laila and Majnu.
The story of Layla Majnun is one of the most popular in the Islamic world, enduring in legends, tales, poems, songs, and epics around the world. It is based on the real story of a young man called Qays ibn al-Mullawah from the northern Arabian Peninsula, in the Umayyad era during the 7th century. Qais loved by everyone. He is handsome, big-eyed, and bushy black hair, which became the center of attention and admiration.. He had a remarkable talent in learning the art of war and playing music, composing poetry and painting.While Laila was a girl born in a rich family. Being no less than a princess, she was expected to marry a wealthy boy and live in the mansion.When they are 10 years old, Layla and Qais is a classmate. Since the first day of school, they are mutually attracted to each other. As time passes, the spark becomes the burning fire of love. For both of them, school is no longer a place to learn. But the school becomes the place they met each other. When the teacher was teaching, what they have done is they looked at each other. Qays was a poet and belonged to the same tribe as Laila. He composed splendid love poems and dedicated them to his lady-love, telling in them his love for her and mentioning her name often. . He hany talking about Layla and not even answer people’s questions unless they ask about Layla. People laughed and said, “Look Qais, he now has become a majnun, crazy!”

It had been for quite sometime that Qays toyed with the idea of seeking Laila’s hand in marriage from her parents. One day, he went up to them and put the big question before them.
But Qays was a poor lad. And when he asked for Laila’s hand in marriage, her father promptly refused him as he didn’t want her daughter to marry below her status. It would mean a scandal for Laila according to Arab traditions.
As fate would have it, the two lovers were banished from seeing each other. In this way they took her away from Majnun, but who could take Layla away from his heart? One of his friends has ask him why do majnun are very sad and sorrow at the separation from Laila because she is not so beautiful.compared to the other girls which are more fairer and charming maidens’ but majnun said, there is no one in his eyes except layla.Meanwhile, Layla holds their love quietly so no one will know .She turned into her heart, maintaining the fire of love burning in her heart. Not much later, , their search for him came to an end. Qays was found dead in the wilderness near Laila’s grave. On a rock near the grave, he had carved three verses of poetry, which are the last three verses ascribed to him.
Eventually, Majnun’s body was buried beside the grave Layla. The body of two lovers, now united in eternity, now reunited.
