The Social social structure theory paper">structure theory includes three school theories: Social Disorganization Theories, Strain theories, and Cultural Deviance Theories. Social Disorganization Theory suggeststhat the poor cities violate the law due to that they live in areas that social control has broken down. Strain Theories see crime as resulting from the anger people experience over not being able to achieve social and economic success. Children that grow up angry or torn between households and different locations often grow up with careless attitudes, and give up on life thinking it has no meaning therefore they turn to violence to cope with their heartache and grief. Studies have been shown that lower class are more depressed and less likely to make achievement motivations and less likely to put off immediate satisfaction for future gain.
The Rational Choice Theory is based on several ideas: People choose all behavior, including criminal. These choicesare designed to increase pleasure and decrease pain that has been building up in the inside. Criminal choice, which can be controlled by fear of punishment

for the action that occurred.Questions are asked is crime rational? Studies have suggested yes crime is indeed rational. The Ration Choice Theory deals with how do we stop criminal behavior from its occurrence and the answer is deterrence. Deterrence is enough punishment to stop someone from breaking the law continuously. Another part of Rational Choice Theory is public policy implication which justifies those who violate another’s right; they deserve to be punished for their action of inference.
The Social Structure Theory and Rational Choice Theory are different from one another in the sense that Social Structure Theory suggest that the poor cities violate the law due to that they live in areas that social control has broken down, this can result of the area of their childhood and how he or she was raised not only by their guardians, but by the cities influences and peer pressure. Social Structure Theory seems as though you have no choice, you cannot control the area you were raised in but the social structure theory is seen as the hand you were dealt. Rational Choice Theory suggests that people choose their behavior including criminals;they are in total and overall control of their actions. Rational Choice shows that you are in total control of what you do psychically and mentally. They determine the overall outcome for what is given to you, either that be good or bad.

to express that feeling at the time. This theory says it’s your choice you determine your destiny, your mental state helps guide you in the right direction of what right and wrong path to engage with.
The Uniform Crime Report (UCR) is the most widely used and known method by the FBI used in research for methods used in criminology. The UCR’s are broken down by two elements; what crimes are reported and what people are arrested for. The problems with the UCR are that not all of the crimes are reported and it’s up to police to determine what exactly is known as a “crime.” Another form of a method utilized is the National Incident- Based Reporting System (NIBRS) was created in 1982, 20 of the states use it and another 12 will have it soon. NIBRS focuses on more categories of crime, determines numbers of solved cases, and distinguishes between attempts and completed crimes. Both of these methods have helped with the study of criminology and continue helping every day.
The Dissertation on Female Criminals Theory Crime Media
-Chapter One Introduction Crime, when discussed or written about, appears initially neutral, meaning you can not differentiate whether the author is writing about men, women or both. References to "offenders" and "criminals" are common language among much criminological literature. Only after considerable reading does it become clear that the subjects concerned are male, not female. Such neglect ...

Mike’s wife started to nag at him about getting his life together and finding a job instead of wasting the day away smoking. To shut her up, Mike pulled out a gun and shot her blank in the face, killing her instantly.
Mike’s lawyer blamed his incredible stress of his horrible war experiences as a mitigating factor for his doing in murdering his wife. He was ultimately convicted for the murder, but the judge was very lenient in his sentencing. Mike had been a big influence on Richard, who became fascinated with the horrible photographs of Mike’s war victims. His fascination grew into obsession. It was after the murder of Mike’s wife that Richard, the epileptic youngest child who started to skip school and smoking pot as much as he could every day. He soon took to stealing to support his drug use breaking into homes and stolen vehicles werea daily routine of this ruthless teen. As Ramirez continued his daily routine of robberies, he became bolder staying in homes much longer, that’s when he took a turn for the worst.
The only thought of visualizing these horrible scenes of death played repeatedly in Ramirez’s mind which eventually caused him to snapped, theyfinally emerged from his mind and became reality. When Ramirez crossed that line that’s whenthe “Night Stalker” was born. Richard Ramirez’s first known victim was on June 28, 1984 seventy-nine-year old Glassel Park resident named Jennie Vincow. Vincow had left a window open because it had been hot that evening during the summer days. Ramirez simply removed the screen and climbed in the window unseen. Vincow’s son, who lived in the apartment over her ground floor apartment, discovered her body sprawled out on the bed covered in pools of blood,

had been stabbed repeatedly, and her throat was slashed so deeply she was nearly decapitated. The intruder also ransacked her apartment and helped himself to her valuables and belongings. Fingerprints were recovered from the window sill, and the autopsy revealed signs of severe sexual assault. The Night Stalker’s fantasy of the horrid war scenes had finally become his ultimate reality; it was only about eight months before he struck again prowling for a helpless victim.
The Essay on Day Home Child Son
Personal Growth Experience As a mother I have cared and tried to push my son's education so that he can succeed in his life. I came from a large family in Brazil. I wasn't the only child; I learned to share, how provide for myself, and for my 3 sisters, and 3 brothers. My father was a serious man; he had a job, and still came home to provide for all of us. shackles back to the county jail, where he had added for reporters amusement, “I’ll see you in Disneyland.” On November 9, he was officially sentenced to death nineteen times. He was born in El Paso, Texas, in 1960, the youngest of five children. He was a quiet boy, according to neighbors, with hard-working parents who wanted to provide for their children. Richard’s father had a temper and sometimes beat the kids with wire hangers and belts. The model of abuse in the form of a parent can often be a bad start for a child, especially a boy watching his father beat his brothers and sisters. Add to that, possible abuse from a male teacher during his elementary years, and Richard had two role models who demonstrated violence towards Richard which didn’t help his situation. Richard was afraid of his father, and he would leave home to hang out in a nearby cemetery, even spending the night there sometimes due to the abuse that continued at home daily. He found peace among the dead, and this may have been where he first developed an attraction to the macabre.
Richard Ramirez was ill, his mental state was not all their due to the psychical and emotional abuse he dealt with on a daily basis being in a poisoned environment home. Ramirez’s acting out began very early in his life, when he was only 13 he went onthe path of drugs and not continuing with school any longer. The horrid images he experienced at such a young age shaped him into the killer he became today, his cousin Mike was an overall influenced who molded Ramirez into this unhappy and evil minded boy. Ramirez’s actions and lifestyle of growing up definitely show the Social Structure Theory, the theory states the criminal is made into the person they become by the social and cultural backgrounds. He grew up in a violent family with the one person he trusted the most expressing the most violence towards him. Richard was not seen as upper class, he was on the lower class scale which is said in the Social

Structure Theory to have an effect on the persons well being. The theory fits in the Ramirez case because fellow influences were the overall outcome of who Richard Ramirez became, the Night Stalker. All of these things played a major factor that turned Richard into a killer;he grew up thinking and seeing violence as an okay thing to do, so his mind was set to kill. The horrible scenes that ran through his mind like a horror movie on a continuous loop weren’t satisfying him anymore. They had to emerge from his mind and therefore made him his own fairy tale reality.
The Essay on Exploring Love Through Minding Theory and Triangular Theory of Love
My bestfriend and I have been together for more than a year. However, there are times when we feel that our relationship as friends would never last.
