2.6 Explain why own behaviour in the workplace is important
Own behaviour in a work place is important because it gives out a professional image. We have a lot of visitors come through our door so acting mature is vital. Your own behaviour reflects that of the workplace and is sometimes the first impression a visitor has of the business.

Showing types of behaviour that shows honesty is not ringing in sick when you want a day off. When signing in and out put the correct times you were in work, not more so you can add it to your flexi calculator.
Showing types of behaviour that shows respect is being polite and considerate and using your manners at all times
Showing types on behaviour that shows consideration is asking if colleagues need help with anything or even simply asking if they would like a drink making when you make one for yourself.
