LIFE OF DESIGN 2 Where are you from? I’m from a small town outside of Luverne; AL. My home town is so small in fact it doesn’t have a name, located deep down in the country’ but its home. I grew up around family on land that stretches fourty acres long. My school was located within ten miles, church within five miles, and store within two miles. I had never traveled anywhere until the age of eighteen when I swore into the Army, leaving “Sweet Home Alabama” blew my mind.
What did you want to become when you grew up? As a child I was always fashionable. I always wanted to dress big, loud, and fabulous as I called it. I would always request to purchase school clothes out of town, because I didn’t want anyone to have my outfit. I was nominated “Best Dressed” my senior year, so fashion has been very important to me.
The Essay on Home Town Meat Line Company
Project overview: There is a great need for a full service and price competitive on-line meat shop. At this point, we may explain our company nature before and after go online like from "Blick and Mortar" to "Click and Mortar"? If we combine this need being met with the feel of shopping at a real "home town" meat shop our competitive advantage will be far greater than that of our competitors. ...
What would make you happy in the future? In the future I hope to own my own clothing line, and have fashion shows in Paris. I want an affordable clothing line and a high fashion clothing line. I want everyone to wear my clothes and feel good in them. I would be elated if I had a famous clothing line, and have a perfect balance between my high in professional life, and my most important home life.
LIFE OF DESIGN 3
Life lessons has taught me that no matter where you’re from or what may trials may occur, anything is possible if you believe. Growing up in a community where everything was within 10 miles, and going to the city limits maybe once a month caused me to believe there was nothing to life. I always fantasized about being different celebrities, but nothing seemed to catch my attention longer than a few days. The only thing that was important to me naturally was my appearance, throughout elementary on to high school. I floated through school, and never took time to think about my future. I joined JROTC as a freshman, stayed a member to my senior year. Once approached by an Army recruiter, Uncle Sam welcomed himself into my life.
Even at the age of six I was designing clothes. I remember in first grade I had this ridiculously loud, lime green outfit. It was very unique and it identified my personality, perfectly. I would always love weekends where we would travel out of town to go school shopping. No matter where we went I was able to find clothing that I loved. I loved to mix and match outfits, I always felt you can buy a new shirt, match with (good condition) old jeans and make a new outfit. To me every piece of your clothing is an expression of you personality. I’ve dreamed many years of starting my own clothing line. I would love to have a fashion show in Paris, as well as have my clothes featured in exclusive boutiques. Affordable clothing and clothes featured in auctions for charities would be important as well.
The Essay on 3 secrets to living a life that you love and will never lose
For many of us at times it has seemed as though living a life of our dreams was not realistic. We have held down jobs that we have disliked, stayed in less than healthy relationships out of fear of the unknown and resigned ourselves to the concept that we are here to struggle and then we die. To begin to address a whole new paradigm takes courage and heart. The heart is where you find your ...
LIFE OF DESIGN 4 Inside of my perfect world; I would be a strong family woman at home, and a successful business women at work. Having both worlds seems like a very hard struggle thus far, but somehow we make it work. The flexibility of my family and the continued support from my loved ones give me the strength to progress. Daniel Levinson called the underlying pattern of a person’s development a life structure, which includes all the roles and relationships that a person has throughout life; the values that were taught to me at young age are definitely my underlying pattern. Being confident and believing in me will teach my children the main skills to apply to their dreams as well, so the lesson will continue on to their children. Small or big dreams are real, and it is up to you to make yours come true.
In conclusion, I’ve learned that even though I’m from a small area, I am just as important as anyone else. I see now that no matter how big or small my dreams may be, they are still important. I am currently able to take the steps available to achieve my goals, and still maintain my family life. Life is about mistakes and hiccups, but in order to be happy and find what makes you, you; you have to follow you dreams. I have learned that you are your worst critic; you can’t believe and encourage others if you don’t believe in yourself. I am in control of my future, and the only way to get my heart’s desire is my dedication to my craft.
The Essay on Small Family
Parents always want to make the best decisions for their children. The most essential decision they have to make is the size of their family. Parents have to consider whether it is better for their children to grow up in a large family or to grow up in a small family. Still, I believe there is no best family size. A large family and a small family both have their own advantages and disadvantages ...
