1.1 Abstract
RECORD SYSTEM is complete school management software that effectively performs record and profiles management. This record software has a module dedicated to management of student’s records which makes it useful profile management software. This profile management system captures master data of personal information of the students. The record management software is waded with resource capacity and availability so that all the information can be used to optimize resources and generate timetables. The record management software stores all static information in a central depository doing away with manual data management, redundancy and duplication. Use record management system for easy records and profiles management and realize other benefits of this powerful records management system.
1.2 Problem Definition
In today’s modern age where computer has become a way of life, it is evident that a majority of the country’s institutions still do not adapt the high technology. Particularly in most schools, daily schools transactions are still done on paper. We all know that school are now operating at a great pace striving to serve as many students as possible with the best of their abilities , but as the years rolled , the number of students has grown that the manual method of managing students record and payments is no longer practical. In this study , we hope to develop a web-based application that will minimize all paper works and manual records keeping , therefore allowing registrar ease in keeping tracks of students, reducing students waiting time and increasing the number of students served – a system that is fully automated , user friendly ,time efficient and effective.

1.3 Objective of the Study
To come up with a functional enrollment system that will allow users to submit forms such as the registration, payment and enrollment forms in the comforts of the in house facility and also allow the administrators to keep track and maintain information about the data that was gathered from the submitted forms. To identify the purpose of the system and to run a system that is efficient and reliable to both administrators’ and users.

1.5 Scope and Limitation
1.5.1Scope
The system includes a computerized registration and enrollment. It allows users to fill in the form and submit. It allows the administrator side to retrieve information. It can severely reduce the amount of duplicate effort required for enrolled students. It also allows users to view whether their information has been passed.
1.5.2 Limitation
The design proposed system will be limited about the evaluation of new or transferee students. System design will not be capable to give an actual examination or evaluation of the requirements and credential of a new student. These processes will remain manual done by the directress but the result from it will be the input for the proposed system. In case of payments of students, proposed system design will only be limited on checking if the student was paid or not.
It was not design to send any mail, SMS or reminders about unpaid school fees of the students. The cashier will print the summary of students with unpaid account and sent them to the respective adviser. Modes of payment are also fixed. In the sense that money was involved in transactions of payments of students, design system proposal would only accept data and actually the money itself. There will be no devices used or made in design proposal that can accept money of the student as a payment

2.1 Organization Profile
The year was 2010 when the idea of a Technical School came about in the mind of Founder Engr. Jim Montemayor. The primary objective is to provide quality Education for the less fortunate ones and in the process to help those who are in need with the birth of share a blessing Foundation. The starting year of the school went through many obstacles like any other with only 27 students on its 1st year offering. The starting year of the school went to a great number of obstacles that were only viewed by the founder as challenges. Fuelled by the desire to help others proudly good quality education to the youth.

All relevant information has been gathered, the researchers decide to collect the software and resources needed to build the system. This time the group proceed to design the system on how the user and the developer, develop understanding on how the system will operate. Also designing the terms and reports and some databases needed and in this stage we finalize the software and hardware design.

SUMMARY
The study was begun in analyzing the problems regarding the enrollment system of International School of Technology and Skills Development . With the aid of interviews, researches, surveys and keen observations, proponents discover problems such as student information redundancy and manual computations that will cause errors in data.. This can cause inaccurate information to the existing IS enrollment system. All of these problems are the effects of manual enrollment system of IS .
These problems are the root cause, for the proponents to design computerized enrollment system. With the help of required requirements of IS enrollment system, proponents formulate three main processes that need innovation. The following are registration and verification of student in registrar department,.By means of diagrams such as DFD and Flowchart with theories like Iterative Implementation and Descriptive Research Study, the enrollment system will merge in relative processes.
Conclusion
After all the studies, research and observation, the proponents therefore conclude that the International School (I.S) is having difficulties on their enrollment system particularly on management of students data and their payments. Different problems such as redundancy and errors in information of the students, not updated reports submitted to directress and time consuming enrollment activities was solved through designing computerized enrollment record system.
On the other hand, proponents accept the life of being a system analyst. They adopt the stages in making study through the use of interviews, researches, surveys and even observations. They are also use data flow diagram, flow chart and other graphical method of study in presenting the flow of the system proposed. Above all, proponents would be a beneficiary of this study since they analyze a manual enrollment system and make it an computerized one.
