This strategy was to ensure the company could reduce costs while maintaining a focus on consumers as the foundation for everything the company did. Eventually the company would implement a global strategy, the first of its kind for the company. Personal Case Analysis After reading this case analysis, I learned that innovative thinking and seriously taking a hard look at how things can be done more efficiently can mean the difference between folding and succeeding.
