Road less travelled by man
It was early morning during the summer term. The birds were singing, and the sun was bright orange. Who knew that these were my last days to hear the birds singing in Sunshine City? The answer to my question was sadly in the air.
Friday I went to school as usual. We were only left with three days to close for the summer holidays. I enjoyed that day even assembly which seemed to be boring and made me sleep all the time. We had our normal lessons, at break time everyone in my class came and formed a big circle. People started talking about scary stories and beliefs. I was surprised because this had never happened before. We played different games whilst we waited for the bell. I and my friend decided that we would go to the cinemas after school Maryanne was my bestfriend, she was always there for me in times of hardships, happiness and sadness.
At the end of the day I tried calling my uncle but his phone was switched off. I tried calling the other one, but nobody answered. All the kids were going home, whilst I and Maryanne just stood at the school gate like statues. We waited at the car park for about thirty minutes; Maryanne was the first one to see my uncle’s car. I was shocked because my uncle wasn’t there but there were two people in the car a young business class women and a huge giant man who looked like a doorman or a body guard. I began to shake like a sea weed as they came closer to us.Hie I said as if I was that confident, she replied in a nice sweet voice that I did not expect. She gave me her cell phone I had never seen such a cool portable phone like this one I almost dropped it. I said hello and my uncle was on the phone he told me to go home with that lady. Maryanne had to go home on her on and our deal was doomed.
The Essay on Phone Use In Cars
Phone use in Cars The use of cell phones in cars remains a topic of ongoing discussion between those who think that it is fully justifiable and those whore strongly opposed against it. Just like any social issue, it prompts people to draw conclusions that very rarely have anything to do with the essence of the problem, in the first place. The promoters of safety are using the same set of arguments ...
We got my grand moms house at 4o, clock. We waited for a while at the gate until it was half past four that’s when we got inside. My grandma said she was happy to see me alive. When did I start to have bodyguards I asked my grandma? This is amazing anyway, it’s not but it’s actually confusing me. Ohh don’t say that Jess these people are only doing their work. Alright grandma.
My mum called at 12midnight and said that I had to flee to South Africa the following morning alone. Saturday morning I woke up and had a bath I didn’t take what my mom said seriously. I thought only joking or trying to trick me. I called her that morning and told her that I couldn’t make it that day .I knew she was cross but wanted I to go to the party. I tried all I could not to go to South Africa and finally my wish came true.
I prepared for the party changed my hairstyle and looked like a different person because I dint know who was waiting for me in the way. Maybe it was danger or happiness who knew? I called for a taxi I dint tell my mom what I was doing that day. I met with my friends and I told them to call me with a different name because in this case you don’t know who the enemy is. We enjoyed the party. I came home at seven o’clock started to pack my suitcase. Instead of having a big fancy suitcase I had to take an ordinary normal bag. I went to bed early because I was catching the three o’clock bus on Sunday.
The day had finally come I bought another phone card so that I could say bye to my friends privately. My grandma took me to the bus station and behind us there was a car with three men. I looked at the front seat of our car and the lady who picked me up from school was there. What is she doing again I asked myself. We went to harvest house were I said bye to my uncle, they told me not to panic and that everything was going to be okay. I had to change my clothes again and I went in a different car. I said bye to my grandma who knew this was the last time to see each other.
The Essay on From Call My People Home
The poem is about the journey of the narrator. It was not just a simple journey away from home but a joyride of his lifetime. The narrator’s life is simple yet complicated. Though he was just a fisherman at the sea, he has many circumstances that he continues to think of. The author illustrated the narrator’s life and journey in a descriptive way that is why the poem became longer than expected. ...
I got in the bus and sat next to this boy called Curtis he started talking and told me about his life. Comparing his life to mine my situation seemed to be much better. This was the longest journey i had ever had in my life and I now expected more to come. My mom called a lot of times that some people became suspicious. The bus got to the Southafrican and Zimbabwean border at 4 am in the morning. There were hundreds of people queuing outside the border agency to declare their passports. A tall man came to me and asked me to follow him. We went inside the offices where my passport was declared. I felt sorry for the Curtis and I asked the man if I he could help him because he was standing at the bottom of the line. The man said yes what a kind person I thought.
There I was in South Africa my mom cried to hear that I had make it this far on my own she was so proud of me.Southafrica is known for fast life I could tell that something had changed because everything was now different. I reached Johannesburg and I had to wait for some minutes because the people who where suppose to pick me up where a little bit late. In my head I just carried the quote that this was the second dangerous city in the world even compared to riodiganero. As I was waiting I even saw someone being robbed and people just waited and did nothing. My heart started to beat heavily who was next maybe it was me. The lady who was picking me up came how I would know she was the one because my mom’s phone was now unreachable. What if she was going to steal me? Or rob me I dint know what to expect.
We went to her house where I was given a small beautiful bedroom with a small single bed and a wadrobe.I dint has any problems with the room because all I wanted was a nice and safe place to stay everything was new and strange. I went downstairs were I was welcomed by other housemates.
Early in the morning I was awakened by the cars because the road was close to the main road. All the housemates were awake preparing for school there were four people who shared the house and I was the fifth one. Wakey wakey the other girl called Anita came to my room. So what are you doing today? Well I’m waiting for Lucia the lady who took me from the bus station. She said she wasn’t going to college that day so if I wanted I could hang around with her. I called my mom told her what I was doing called Lucia and told her to bring me some money. I prepared myself and went out with Anita.
The Homework on Growing Pains Life Mom Day
I still remember that sad summer day when my storybook life came crashing down. I was washing the mound of dishes that stacked up daily in our kitchen. I didn't mind the dishes because half the time was spent splashing in the water making giant soapy bubbles that were fun to pop. My clothes usually got drenched, but that was okay. My mom drove in the driveway unusually early that day. I noticed ...
What a wonderful day I had with someone I dint know that much. We went shopping went to the cinemas. She was 22 I was 14 and this made me think like an older person. We came home and everyone was waiting for me everyone wanted to talk to me there were two boys Denver and Auckland and two girls Tariro and Anita. They asked me so many questions. So which college are you going to? Im only 14.Everyone was shocked that I was this age and I travelled from Zimbabwe to Southafrica on my own. What a clever girl you are. Its party time Denver said in a deep voice and everyone started dancing singing and playing games. After that we went for dinner this was one of the dinners I would never forget. Denver picked the menu because it was his turn to choose the meal. The food came and everyone started to eat I never felt out of place though I was the youngest. Would you like me to feed you? Asked Anita everyone started laughing. No I replied, she is so sweet they all replied at the same time. We went home and everyone wanted to sit next to me.
Lucia called to hear how things have been that day and to inform what I had to do the next morning.Tommorow morning you must wait at the gate someone will drive you to the British embassy in Santon.I went to bed thinking about my journey tomorrow I could not sleep that night.

I bought so many things for my housemates. I waited at the car park and Lucia came to pick me up she gave another phone card so that I would use that one to call her this was a bit strange.
That day I didn’t get time to talk to everyone because I was tired I went to bed early and dint have dinner.Tariro wasn’t happy with this because it was her turn to choose the meal so instead of going out they had a takeaway. Since people took turns to choose a meal I decided to do something interesting and exciting
