Time management is a big change when coming into college. You need to be able to study and read for multiple classes and keep a social life.
To help you manage you time you can make a plan, set goals or have a daily schedule. Keeping a schedule in a place where you can see it every day and remind you about what you need to do that day will help your time management magnificently. Making a plan and goal setting is the key to being successful with your time management and with these goals you will need motivation in able to stick with you plan. When you are setting goals make sure they are specific and realistic. After you have your goals set in mind you will need to get motivated.
In order for you get motivated you should break down your goals into smaller goals, so they seem more manageable and less stressful. Stress is natural; it is your body’s reaction to any given type of demand. Either it is eustress, the type or stress that motivates you or the not so good stress called distress. Everyone encounters stress, but not everyone handles it the same. They may not interpret things the same and not everyone has the same skill set when it comes to dealing with stress.
