A management role in the healthcare industry, there is no one specific function or role that is less important than the next. As a manager responsibility is wide, they are responsible for setting a good example for the other employees to follow (lead by example).

My goal in is to develop the necessary skills and knowledge that it takes to be a healthcare manager, I know that with this class and future courses will help me down that path of success. Even though this is only week, one I am gaining a little more knowledge each day on what the qualifications are to be a successful healthcare manager. Each week I am going to take away more information on what it takes to be a healthcare manager and once I learn every aspect to this field I will be able to apply it to my current job and once I land a job in the medical field it will also help me apply my knowledge. I truly believe that this course and future courses will help me even though this will not be an easy task I will be able to overcome all challenges and be the best at my job. I just have to be given the opportunity to apply my skills and improve them each day.
