My Testimony and Message to America and the World
Hello my Brothers and Sisters in the Lord, past and now . . .
It was the year 1986 and the month of June when my life was forever changed. The Kentucky Court System sentenced me to 25 years and life, which means that I will have to serve 25 years in prison before I can be considered for parole on a life sentence. I was convicted on murder and robbery charges and this was my first time coming to prison.
I do accept full responsibility for my crimes.
One night alone in my cell, I began to search myself and ask for mercy, and I repented in the name of Jesus Christ and became wonderfully and marvelously forgiven and saved. AMEN!
Today my dream, vision, and goal is to get out of prison and travel all over the United States of America and the world. I would like to preach in the churches and speak in the youth centers and school systems to address the problem we face in this wicked world.
“I waited patiently for the Lord and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.”
“He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay and set my feet upon a rock and established my goings.”
“And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God and I have peace and love in my heart today in the name of Jesus Christ.” HALLELUJAH! Praise His Holy Name!
As we all know, life comes with trials and tribulations and they tend to challenge our inner strength. I am obligated to put self aside and do God’s will today in America and the World. It is not about Brother Jones and his situation, it’s about our young people. They need our love and support because we have so many young people coming to prison today and the prison system in America is not the answer for our children. They should not have to travel the same road that I have traveled and it is very important that we address and arrest this problem.
The End of Affluence As the first European settlers arrived in America, ideas of wealth and prosperity were fully implanted in their minds. These ideas soon turned into reality, and the United States dominated the global economy up until the post World War II years. In this paper, from the Book The End of Affluence by Jeffery Mad rick, we will discuss how America has gone from domination of the ...
Let me talk briefly about the prison system and the laws that have been legislated over the past decade or at least as long as I have been in prison doing time with Jesus Christ. The prison systems all over America have developed tougher sentencing laws. Most violent offenders will now serve 85% of their time and life sentences 20 or 25 years before parole eligibility or no parole at all. More importantly is the alarming rate that our juveniles are being sent to the adult prisons all over the United States of America and the World without any concern for their well-being. This country has more juveniles than anywhere in the world.
I am a man of God and am very concerned about our young people. If we are to prosper, we must seek the Spiritual things of God.
Today we stand at a crossroad. We have a task in front of us to do what God has called us to do. I am challenging you today, America and the World, our young people need us. The voice of the Lord is upon the waters.
“If my people which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Now shall mine eyes be open and my ears attuned unto prayer that is made in this place.” AMEN.
Please take this message to your neighborhood community centers, schools, and Churches. Brother Jones cares about them, and I love you.
Ignorance has been and always will be the cause of the destruction of lives, the planet and its resources, and anything that attempts to obstruct it. Ignorance is a disease which sadly is wide spread through out the world whether it's the Middle East, the Far East, or the West. The only cure for this plague is basing beliefs on actual facts not theories and having the strength to admit mistakes ...
Praise his Holy Name, let the presence of the Holy Spirit be present in your every endeavor and be about God’s business today.
May God Bless America and the World. Your Brother in Christ,
