The impact of that storm is that it killed two technicians who were performing maintenance on a navigation. The impact does not stop there. Since then, the sea living is constanly rising about 3.5 mm an year. This is scary because it can lead to another big severe storm in the near future.The expert estimated it around 2050 and 2100.that means that the city is not safe for the future.
