Male and female employees should receive equal treatment in terms of pay and benefits for the same or broadly similar work. In an appropriate environment the employees feel more valued and supported.
Organisation must not discriminate against, harass or victimise people who work there and providing equality training for their workers. The organisation creates an inclusive environment motivates employees, which has positive benefits on organisational productivity and efficiency. It helps in the search of finding and retaining good employees and improves employee’s relationships.

That person, who being able to adapt to change at work, is more valuable to the organisation and can get more opportunities for variation in his work.
There is never a moment where circumstances and situations do not change. The benefits of adapting are great- new situations are not intimidating but opportunities to grow, and with change comes new ways to self discover and improve.
There is continual staff training and development.
There is a strong emphasis on product quality and customer service.

If you are honest, then people will trust you and will be happier to share information and to help you if it is needed.
If you are considerate, when you want to allow people to say their thoughts and to listen to them carefully, you can be very beneficial in an organisation.
Section 5 – Know how to plan own work and be accountable to others

It is important that you produce your work to the best possible standard in order to meet the requirements of the person who set you the task. This shows that you are responsible and trustworthy and that you can be relied upon to get things done. It is important to use the office equipment quickly and efficiently so that it is ready for the next person to use. If you take a long time using something like the printer and someone else wants to use it you could be stopping someone else from meeting their deadlines, therefore you have to ensure deadlines are met and work is organised according to its importance. If this isn’t done, then could be problems with customers, colleagues and may lead to adverse outcomes for organisation.

It also helps with motivation as well. The management could put new diagram only after six months. Some employees may not understand this diagram or isn’t interested of this.

What job do I want? In the long term I want to work as accountant. But first I have to get appropriate education. Start work like an assistant to get some experience to move ahead.
Where do I want to do this job? Many people seek to develop their career in the organisation. There are many options and possibilities. For example: A packing assistant wants to work as team leader. For this role needs more training and experience.
