Depending on the status of the team member you may also need to be directive, provide coaching, be supportive or delegate tasks to complete your leadership style adaptation. Adapting your style of leadership is vital in resolving international, cultural, and ethical issues. It is the responsibility of the leader to maintain and overcome cross-cultural barriers such as communication, assumptions, etiquette differences, appearance and more.
