If the girl had stayed, they both would have died and along with those he was going to deliver supplies to. Sacrificing one life to save many would be a good action, to me so I think hes a good pilot. Points earned on this question: 10

To me its not believable because a pilot is on an emergency mission to a planet whose colony is doomed if he doesn’t get there. He has just enough fuel to reach the planet – then he finds he has a stowaway, a young girl wanting to be with her brother on the colony. If the pilot jettisons her through the airlock, the ship will barely make it to a landing on the planet. If he does not, the ship will crash and both of them as well as the colony will die, i said this was not believable because there’s no life on other planets . Points earned on this question: 10

The most difficult part would have to be in the beginning. They go into detail about the EDS ship , and why they couldn’t have more than one person on the ship”The cruisers, powered by nuclear converters, did not use the liquid rocket fuel, but nuclear converters were far too large and complex to permit their installation in the EDSs. The cruisers were forced by necessity to carry a limited amount of bulky rocket fuel, and the fuel was rationed with care, the cruiser’s computers determining the exact amount of fuel each EDS would require for its mission.” To overcome the confusion, I read over the text multiple times and then eventually got the concept that they didn’t have enough fuel for more than one person, plus the cargo. I would call it “Stowaway Love”: because the sister is a stowaway, and she loves her brother, and she is trying to get back to her brother. (Because she loves him) But then the captain of the ship is moved with love, and does not want to throw the girl off the ship in space. Points earned on this question: 10
