Since I do not have any real work experience, I usually use most of my persuasion tactics on my little sisters when I need them to do something for me, or I need them to behave. 2. Describe a time when you were faced with a stressful situation that demonstrated your coping skills. When I was at my co-op placement at Milestones, I was fairly new at the beginning and the employees treated me like I was already there for a long period of time, so they gave me many different tasks which I had to complete in a short period of time.
I was flustered and panicky, but in the end I maintained my professionalism and finished what I needed to do by stepping back and assessing the situation and figuring out how I was going to accomplish my tasks. 3. Give me a specific example of a time when you used good judgment and logic in solving a problem. For my grade 12 co-op placement, I was placed at milestones as a prep cook, and one of the main goal orientated things were cutting potatoes. Tell me about a time when you had too many things to do and you were required to prioritize your tasks. At co-op and in class as well, there are a lot of different tasks that need to be done in a certain amount of time. 12. Tell me about a time you were able to successfully deal with another person even when that individual may not have personally liked you (or vise versa).

Tell me about a recent situation in which you had to deal with a very upset co-worker or customer.
