I was changed by this because it taught me how to communicate with people who do not speak my language. Aftee talking to. Some of the Hispanic girls in the company I have learned a few words of Spanish to help me get by and communicate eaiee with the non-english speaking co-worker. When I was still employed at the daycare there were times I would tell have to get ome of the other girls that spoke Spanish to translate for me.
To deal better with this situation I wish I had known Spanish to better communicate with her or at least known how to communicate better through actions. As far as the Chinese woman, she speaks and understands english but her english is very broken and she speaks so fast. I would have to ask her to repeat herself numerous times when they don’t understand what I am saying I speak slowly and pronunciate everything slowly and show motions to help out.
