Empowering employees to work their strengths helps them to feel positive because they know they are doing something that they are good at.
Employees’ performance is self-directed and self-governed based on their clear understanding of their job it is the managers responsibility to make sure the employee has this knowledge. Creating a reward system is also important in this type of organization. Rewards motivate and shape individual and group performances. Rewards need to be created so that groups will receive them for excellent performance; the reward leads to higher levels of performance.
